5 Cars In Faith Hill And Tim McGraw's Garage And 15 That Should Be

Faith Hill And Tim McGraw are legends of country music, but there garage leaves much to be missed.

There are many iconic power couples in the world of music that you can probably think of off the top of your head. Such as Beyoncé and Jay-Z. But in the world of country music, there is no couple that may be considered "bigger" than Tim McGraw and Faith Hill. The two have been married since 1996 and have also gone on to raise a family of 3 girls together. The success of both McGraw and Hill's career means that they have had no shortage of opportunities where they've been able to indulge in some of their biggest passions in the world. And while I'm sure Faith Hill loves driving around, it's Tim McGraw who has been the most vocal in the past about how much he loves cars.

Which means that every year when new cars start to get teased, McGraw may start to find himself feeling motivated to get back into the studio to record a new album that would surely go on to become another major success. While there should be no question that McGraw loves his car collection as it currently is, I'm sure that also doesn't mean he probably has any plans to slow down anytime soon. Both on the road, and in terms of buying new ones! Though if he did see this list and decided he wanted to own some of the best options on our list, he'd definitely have to be willing to fork over a hefty chunk of change.

These are the 5 Cars In Faith Hill and Tim McGraw's Garage (And 15 That Should Be).

20. THEY OWN: AN ORANGE MERCEDES G55

Mercedes-Benz G55 AMG

There is definitely no shortage of amazing cars that I'm sure Tim McGraw has owned and has his eyes on owning in the near future. But when it comes to the Mercedes-Benz G55 AMG, Tim and Faith Hill were such big fans of the vehicle that they ended up purchasing two of them. Maybe they just wanted to drive around in them together?

While one of them was a traditional black and white colour scheme, they also elected to get one done up in this vibrant orange.

They put the "regular" one up for sale in the past but seemingly have never had any interest in trading in the orange one.

19. THEY OWN: DODGE CHARGER SRT-8

Dodge Charger

Tim McGraw has many fast cars but the customization that he did to his Dodge Charger may make it the fastest, as he admitted in an interview with Men's Journal "This has 700 horsepower. A NASCAR car has 800, but I don’t have a restrictor plate," as well as saying “This car has a siren, so when we get police escorts on the road I can just jump right in,” I am sure McGraw has had many amazing moments on the road, but having moments when he is able to really floor it while having a police escort has to be one of his favourite things to get to do.

18. THEY OWN: LAND ROVER DEFENDER 90

Land Rover Defender 90

When Tim McGraw talked about his Land Rover back in April 2015, he stated that one of the best things about spring was getting to bust out the car. And while the Land Rover Defender 90 was first constructed way back in 1983, if Tim ever finds himself too "bored" with driving around in this one, he has also admitted that he doesn't stay committed to any one car in particular for too long. He admitted in a past interview that his best friend, Hooter, would bring him a new car on a weekly basis to drive, saying "I like a little variety".

17. THEY OWN: MERCEDES 200 SERIES 280SL

Mercedes 200 Series 280SL

Tim McGraw has some cars that I'm sure he doesn't mind taking a leisurely stroll around the block in. But when he drives around in his Mercedes 200 Series 280SL, he may find it too hard to not step on the gas and really let it go.

When talking about his driving habits and the thoughts that his wife, Faith Hill has on his driving, McGraw stated "Faith [dislikes] that I drive fast, but she drives fast too".

I'm sure it must help that if they ever find themselves getting pulled over that they would both probably be pretty successful at finding a way to talk themselves out of it. And if not, it's not like they can't handle the cost of the ticket!

16. THEY OWN: A 1978 JEEP WRANGLER CJ-6

1978 Jeep Wrangler CJ-6

There are many amazing cars in the world, but nothing in Tim McGraw and Faith Hill's collection may mean as much to them as the 1978 Jeep Wrangler CJ-6. It was the car that the two had borrowed from one of the crew guys at the start of their relationship after Tim and Faith and was what they were driving around in when they realized they were going to continue trying to work at their relationship. Faith eventually found the car and bought it for Tim as a gift several years after their marriage. I'm sure that this was also one of the most sentimental gifts McGraw has ever received.

15. SHOULD OWN: 1970 CHEVROLET EL CAMINO SS 454

1970 El Camino

The Chevrolet El Camino came out first in 1959-1960 but was also in production from 1964-1987. And while that means you may be able to find several years where the car looks outstanding, my personal favourite is this gorgeous 1970 El Camino that I've selected for this photo.

Though I'm sure Tim McGraw wouldn't put up too much of a fight if another one of the year's models got driven up and dropped off at his house.

Especially because McGraw has more than enough money to make any customizations he feels necessary to turn this iconic car into one of his liking.

14. SHOULD OWN: 1977 PONTIAC TRANS AM

1977 Firebird Pontiac Trans

There are many great movies of the 1970s, but one of the most iconic of the decade came out in 1977 and I'm not talking about Star Wars: A New Hope. It was Burt Reynolds, Sally Field and Jackie Gleason (among others) who helped bring the iconic film Smokey and the Bandit to life. While there were many iconic cars that have been featured in movies over the years, the chance to drive around in a 1977 Firebird Pontiac Trans Am which was iconified by the film is an opportunity I'm sure McGraw wouldn't turn down. Even if it isn't as cool as a spaceship!

13. SHOULD OWN: 2018 JEEP WRANGLER

1978 Jeep Wrangler

There are many amazing cars in the world but after you read the entry on their 1978 Jeep Wrangler you may be in agreement that its Jeep that is the brand that matters the most to the couple. Which means that anytime the company comes out with a new car, you know it's going to be on both of their radar. The 2018 Jeep Wrangler is not only a phenomenal car but was also marked by Kelley Blue Book as being one of the best cars in regards to resale value. They don't have to worry about turning a profit, but I'm sure it's still a nice factor that'll make them feel more comfortable picking one up.

12. SHOULD OWN: TESLA MODEL S

Telsa Model S

There are many people out there who are going to be heavily considering buying themselves a Tesla car in the near future.

And while the Model 3 is a beautiful car, it's also one that is marketed by the company as being the more affordable of the two.

And when you consider McGraw and Hill aren't hurting for money anytime soon, the even more customizable Model S may be the model of the brand that is even more up their alley. Especially considering the fact that the car boasts itself as being the safest in its class which has to be very important to them.

11. SHOULD OWN: 2018 FORD F-SERIES

2018 Ford F-Series

Every year car companies are in a constant battle to come out on top when it comes to numbers of cars sold. And as far as Ford is concerned, they've definitely hit it out of the park with the Ford trucks they are releasing with their F-Series. It was announced back in August that the F-Series was the #1 selling model in the entire world. And if Tim McGraw cares about cars, and we both know that he absolutely does, you may agree that he would need to make sure he tracks one down so he can give his own opinion on what is being considered the most popular car in America.

10. SHOULD OWN: 2018 FORD FOCUS RS

2018 Ford Focus RS

Tim McGraw and Faith Hill may love driving around in expensive cars at times but when they purchase cars, they also need to be thinking about their 3 children as well - aged 21, 19 and 16. Which means they may be spending some time looking at areas like compact cars that make them feel safe. The best compact car in 2018 according to Kelley Blue Blook was the Subaru WRX, but if McGraw and Hill wanted to keep things American, they may not mind going with the #2 option and coming home with a Ford Focus RS for their girls to drive.

9. SHOULD OWN: THIS GORGEOUS CUSTOMIZED JEEP

customized JEEP

There are many cars that made an appearance on our list because the car itself is phenomenal, regardless of the modifications that get done to the car.

But for this Jeep, it's not the make of the car that matters, but the gorgeous features that the owner decided to implement for the car.

But the fact that this is a customized piece means that the chances of McGraw and Hill ever having the good fortune of having this car in their lineup is something that isn't very high. At least the owner knows they could put a high price tag on the car if they ever came asking!

8. SHOULD OWN: THE CHEVROLET SPARK

Chevrolet Spark

The Chevrolet Spark may not be the flashiest car in the world, especially in comparison to some of the other entries on our list, but the 2019 model is definitely something that is well worth your attention. Among the cooler features is an automated emergency breaking feature that will apply the breaks in the event of a situation where a collision may be imminent. The website CarAndDriver also came to the conclusion that the Chevrolet Spark was one of the best Subcompact hatchbacks of the year which is something that should make anyone who purchases one feel a heck of a lot better about their decision.

7. SHOULD OWN: FORD MODEL T

Ford Model T

Let's be honest if Tim McGraw or Faith Hill decided that they wanted to add perhaps the most vintage car of all-time, a Ford Model T, to their garage, that they'd probably never actually take it out on the road. But being able to have such an iconic piece of American history in your garage is something that may be too hard to pass up if the opportunity presented itself to them. And to be fair, if anyone is going to make sure that the car is ready to roll on the road, it'd be someone with bank accounts like Hill and McGraw.

6. SHOULD OWN: DODGE SRT DEMON

Dodge SRT Demon

One of the cars that I'm sure Tim McGraw has had a lot of fun driving around in, in his Dodge Charger. Which means that I'm sure that McGraw keeps his eyes peeled for whenever Dodge is coming out with a new car. Or more accurately, perhaps Faith is keeping her eye out for an upcoming gift!

Dodge definitely deserves plenty of praise for their 2018, Dodge SRT Demon, that would surely have a welcome place in McGraw's garage.

Especially because the car boasts the fastest acceleration in comparison to any production car. The people at Dodge were also successful at pulling off a wheelie in the car, but that may not be recommended.

5. SHOULD OWN: TUCKER 48

Tucker 48

There are many amazing car companies in the world, but Preston Tucker didn't take all the necessary steps to make sure that he had created one of them. When his 1948 Tucker came out, people were definitely interested, but the company only managed to make 51 of them before they realized that they didn't have any money left. Which, as you can imagine, makes this one of the rarest cars in the world. But if McGraw or Hill could track one down, I'm sure it'd quickly become one of their most prized possessions and one that I'm sure they would not be willing to sell anytime soon.

4. SHOULD OWN: THE 1960 JEEP WILLYS DJ 3A SURREY

1960 Willys DJ 3A SURREY Jeep

If I'm being honest it's very possible that if you found yourself getting into an accident in this next car, that it may be the last thing you do. As the 1960 Willys DJ 3A SURREY Jeep is definitely aesthetically appealing but does not look like the safest thing in the world in comparison to some of the newer cars. While I'm sure McGraw and Hill would be happy to take any version of this car home with them, if they were really lucky, they'd be able to drive home in this version of the car that was featured at a car convention back in 2014.

3. SHOULD OWN: 2018 5.0L MUSTANG

2018 5.0L Mustang

There are a few different Ford cars that are on our list. But if Tim McGraw and Faith Hill found themselves walking around a car lot with a bunch of different Ford cars to consider, it may be very hard for them to get home without stepping behind the wheel of a 2018 5.0L Mustang and coming away impressed.

Which means that if they also gave the car for a test drive, it may not be as hard for them to become convinced that their bank account can survive the hit.

The car currently boasts a V8 engine and 460 horsepower and the Mustang Shelby GT350 bumps the horsepower up to 526.

2. SHOULD OWN: 1954 OLDSMOBILE F-88

1954 Oldsmobile F-88

There are some cars on our list that I'm sure once Tim McGraw and Faith Hill saw, they would be in agreement that the car needs to be coming home with them. But if they love the 1954 Oldsmobile F-88, they may just be stuck admiring it from a distance. The vehicle only had 4 of them created and when one was last sold, it was for the large price tag of $3.5 million. And I'm sure as time goes up, the value of the car is only going to see itself going up as well. The car is displayed in Colorado at the Gateway Automobile Museum.

1. SHOULD OWN: 2018 DODGE CHARGER

2018 Dodge Charger

Tim McGraw and Faith Hill both love to go fast, but do they really need to be driving around in a car that boasts 707 horsepower and the ability to go 0-60 in 3.6 seconds? Probably not. But can you imagine how much fun it must be to whip around the roads in the brand new Dodge Charger? Which means that the harder question for them to answer isn't, do they want to buy one, but do they want to go with a six-speed manual, or instead go with the eight-speed automatic. While it may take some steps to turn it into as impressive as the other Dodge Charger he already owns, I'm sure that they'd be more than happy to check out the 2018 version.
