[The jungle of beer
1、Raw beer
Draft beer is draft beer, also called fresh beer, where the beer has been brewed and filtered, but not sterilized. Beer is named raw or cooked, not unlike food, based on whether the beer has been sterilized or not.
The taste of draft beer is delicious because it is not sterilized and a large amount of yeast is retained. Drinking it can promote the secretion of gastric juices, which can promote digestion and enhance appetite. Draft beer is usually bulk, packed in large wooden barrels or carried in bags, and is usually draft beer, without bubbles, slightly bitter to drink, and with a short shelf life of only 1~2 days.
2、Cooked beer
Cooked beer is sterilized, there is no yeast in it, and it will not continue to ferment, so it is more stable and has a longer shelf life, at least 180 days in a sealed state, and longer for 1~2 years.
Commonly packaged beer, whether in bottles or cans, is cooked beer. Cooked beer is pressurized and has a lot of foam, but it does not taste as fresh as draft beer.
3、Pure draft beer
Pure draft is also a draft beer, but it goes through a strict filtration process, and the beer does not contain any impurities and has a longer shelf life, even if it is left for 6 months it will not deteriorate. The taste of a draft beer is just as fresh as that of a draft beer, with a crisp aroma, soft taste and good flavor stability. To use an analogy, if draft beer is fresh fruit, then cooked beer is canned fruit.
4、Original beer
Raw beer is raw beer, unfiltered, unpasteurized, and without any added preservatives, and it contains a large amount of fresh yeast, which is the best in flavor, nutrition, and taste.
No filtration means more impurities, so the original beer has a cloudy body, very rich foam, strong aroma, fresh and pure taste, and best reflects the unique flavor of beer.
5、Craft beer
Craft beer is not directly related to its taste and alcohol content, but mainly to the production process. It uses only four ingredients - malt, hops, yeast, and water - to ferment, without adding any other substances. Moreover, the quality of malt, hops and yeast is also very good, all natural and without artificial ingredients.
Craft beer may be draft, cooked, or raw, which has to do with the post-processing.
6、Dry beer
Dry beer is high fermentation beer, the actual fermentation degree is more than 72%, fermenting all the excess sugar, the beer is very low in calories, also called low sugar beer, belongs to the non-sweet, clean, no aftertaste beer, taste dry, kill mouth power.
This is the difference between the six common beers. In terms of taste, the original beer is the best, and draft beer and pure draft are not comparable, only in the difference of shelf life.
Draft beer is better than cooked beer, and craft beer is better than industrial beer. Draft beer is nutritious and tastes good, but has a short shelf life. Cooked beer, on the other hand, tastes a little worse, but has a long shelf life. Dry beer has less sugar and is low in calories, making it suitable for obese people and less likely to get fat.
