Real estate sales at 239 for November in Northwest Georgia: A mixed report for home sales last month. The Greater Rome Board of Realtors sold 92 homes, up 7 percent from the same month last year. But the Northwest Metro Association of Reatlors shows Bartow reported a 16.4 percent drop last month or 102 homes sold. Gordon County saw 45 homes sold, up 18.4 percent.
Average sales prices ranged from $225,000 in Bartow County (up almost 1 percent) to $190,000 in Gordon County (up 14.5 percent) to $187,480 in Floyd County (up 16.6 percent).
