Sophie revealed her reason for speaking out was to ensure others are aware that they must 'give their hair a break' to avoid loss and damage to the same level.
She said: 'Because of all the extensions I've been getting, I've suffered from Contraction (traction) Alopecia. Which means that I've lost hair on the sides and that it may never come back.
'And that's not because of the extensions that I'm getting in. It's because of all the years I've been tormenting my hair.

'Going forward, I just want to start looking after my hair and I just want to make people aware that if you are getting extensions give your hair a break in between because you don't want to end up with bald patches like this.'
Whilst the newbies have yet to make their on-screen debut, there has already been controversy surrounding the casting.
Last week, it was alleged that Tahlia Chung begged for cocaine in a past a tweet from September 2017.

In screenshots of her Twitter account obtained by The Sun, the stunning brunette, 21, penned: 'Need a massive line of cocaine.'
In another incriminating tweet from April 2018, Tahlia was pictured with Geordie Shore stars Zahida Allen and Holly Hagan.
Commenting on the snap, she tweeted: 'How monged am I?', the dictionary meaning of 'monged' is 'heavily under the influence of alcohol or drugs'.
