Meet 39-year-old John Clark and his 34-year-old girlfriend Charlotte Deniz. The couple from the U.K. have lost a combined 200 pounds by merely imploying a simple weight loss program of calorie counting and stringent food prep.

Time too get to work on all the wording, and writing the methods and how to do you can to recreate this absolute beast of a meal prep. I literally will meal prep anything from chocolate doughnuts , to chocolate fudge cake for breakfast. With 15 stone weight loss behind us. And a lot of experience I aim to prove and show as many people as I can you don’t have to eat bland food, drink shakes or use diet fads to lose weight. Start a new lifestyle on a Wednesday............. Six stone weight loss that took 10 months eating everything from burgers to spinach, kale to pizza. The power of controlling your calories moderately that’s all you need. That’s it. No special drinks, potions, teas of coffee. Having been nearly 22 stone my self I know a thing or two about being desperate and willing to try anything. Even if we know deep down it’s probably a con or a scam. Well my page started because of people selling a dream of weight loss , only if you buy this tea. This shake. You cut out carbs, you only drink water, oh and my favourite no carbs after 8pm. Me and Charlotte are living proof that’s absolute ....... you only have to look at my page to see the food we eat. In fact I’m having a chocolate protein doughnut for breakfast now and a cup of tea. Good morning Facebook, and Instagram . Don’t worry if you have gone off track a little this weekend. Don’t worry if you drank a bit too much, it’s not the end of the world. We are all only human. I’ve maintained 18 years and Charlotte for two years this year. And it wouldn’t of been possible if we didn’t enjoy our selves from time to time. We haven’t done this weekend with food or drink, we have been too busy. But for those that have. Don’t feel guilty. It’s all part of the process. Do you think we could of lost 15 stone and stuck to our calories, and preferred food choices if we didn’t have times were we eat and drink a little. Remember this is a long term process. That’s why so many people re gain-weight. They think a diet has an end. we all have to eat. Every single one of us. And consuming more than we need now and again is part of that process. What a difference six stone weight loss makes. Not only in some ones psychical appearance , but also their confidence. I love having a nosey at the selfies Charlotte takes now days. And it’s lovely to see her wearing clothes she’d never of had the confidence to do previously. It took Charlotte only 10 months to lose six stone and keep it off. Eating everything from pizza to kale , spinach to pizza. We have literally meal prepped our way back to health. Eating what ever we want when we want. No fasting, no cutting carbs, no restrictions what so ever. Having lost 9 stone my self in 2003 , I knew I could help tweak Charlottes diet and help her achieve the same results as my self. Purely by supporting her. She even joked about how much she actually eats now compared to what she did previously . She actually eats more currently than ever before. Me and Charlotte have been thinking lately , about how we can help more men and women achieve results like this , and we are determined to create something that reflects the 15 stone (210lbs) we have lost combined , that any one else can also achieve. All we do is meal prep, count calories , and be creative . There are so many tips and tricks I’ve learned over the years to stay full, save money, get a vast amount of nutrients your body needs and never crave. One key thing I’ve learned is that we’re one is different. It’s knowing your eating habits , your triggers and preparing for those what will help you maintain the all important calorie deficit. We have people following us from all over the world which is amazing , that are losing weight just by following our stories , and taking some inspiration from the meal preps we make weekly. Every single meal shown is 400 calories or under. I’m so glad to see every one meal prepping this week , taking inspiration from my new free e-book. I had so many messages. I’m sorry if there was a delay getting back to any one, I was meal prepping my self. We had a very productive weekend. Cleared the spare room to make room to be an office. Cleaned the whole kitchen top to bottom, and meal prepped an entire weeks meals. I love productive weekends, then waking up Monday morning knowing we have all our meals organised, ready for the week. We get so much more done during the week not having to think too much about food. As it’s already done. The productivity this creates during the week for us is priceless. I manage to get so much more done in the week , it’s well worth the hours we give up on a Sunday. We’ve made this week Double chocolate doughnuts for breakfast. Sticky garlic and honey chicken with soy noodles. Beef stir fry and black-bean sauce Three bean meatless Chili con carne Chicken fajita bowls Meatballs and pasta Tuna salad sandwiches. What does a £35 meal prep for 2 people look like? That’s £17.50 each to eat like this. I get a lot of messages asking how we have lost 210lbs ( 15st ) eating how we do. The answer is always the same. Meal prep helps us know exactly where we are with calories. That’s the beauty of it. You’re in control. And with this kind of food available every day , you don’t waste money on silly junk in shops which costs a fortune. Almost every single Mel prep I make is 400 calories. Every single meal prep shown here is 400 calories. You can pretty much alter any meal you want to make it fit into 400 calories. From pizza to kebabs , cheese burgers to a Chinese. It’s just. Case if swapping things around, finding alternatives, and experimenting. So why 400 calories ? If I make every meal 400 calories , it really doesn’t matter what Meal you have . And when. You always know it’s 400 calories. I’ve been tailoring meals to our requirements for years and I find 400 works well, with sufficient protein, carbohydrates, and fats. And let’s not forget a huge array of colours for those important micronutrients. I meal prep everything from pizza, to chocolate fudge cake. Salmon to kale. And with a combined weight loss for me and Charlotte of over 15 stone, I’ve proved it works. With a little dedication, using common sense with some food choices, making alternatives to help you stay full for longer it’s a no brained for us. As every ones calorie requirements are different, some people want to lose weight, some wish to maintain weight, some people wish to gain weight. With our main meals out the way for the week, we can add calories each day accordingly. Depending on goal, activities , and energy expenditure for that particular day. Today I’ve made. Turmeric chicken , white rice, yellow corvette , me tender-stem broccoli. Tricoloured pasta, feta cheese, vine tomatoes and spinach Gluten free pasta ( just to try) spiced chicken and green beans Cajun spiced turkey mince, black beans, Edamame beans, and red peppers Pan fried steak, garlic and soy sauce whole grain noodles, and pak Choi Spinach pasta , with tuna and salad. It’s great to see so many people trying out my meal prep ideas. I love seeing people commit to following what I do. Well done to the many people who use my ideas to eat better and gain results. Who else do you know who meal preps their own huge fake away Big Macs under 480 calories each. With a sauce that is so uncanny it’s untrue. You could eat one of these every single day and still lose weight. That’s the beauty. I have a slight feeling when my new e-book is released im going to be seeing a lot more of these lol. I will let you into a little secret though. There is no easy way of putting these into a prep box. You have two choices. Smash the thing down or deconstruct. The the thing is if done Right these reheat fantastic. Due to the pictures and recipes I’ve done this week for the new book I’ve had three. It’s not very often I eat a burger every day but I must say I’ve enjoyed these. If you do this right it will be a family favourite for many meal preps to come I’m not a massive take away. “We make absolutely everything from scratch and we eat whatever we want,” said Clark. “It’s not a diet. I love what I eat and enjoy every mouthful.”
