They're usually £1.99 each

Taking on the likes of Starbucks and Costa, in May this year McDonald's launched two very different new products: millionaire’s shortbread frappes and iced lattes.

If you're still yet to try them, you can now do so for free, with McDonald's giving everyone a completely free iced latte this week.

To claim the new cold but caffeinated drink, you don't need to buy a single thing, you'll just need to have the famous fast food chain's app installed on your phone, which is available on both Android and Apple.

Usually £1.99, the offer only launched today but will be available to pick up for the next six days, ending on the 9th June, so you'll need to make sure you head towards a McDonald's before then.

As the offer needs to be claimed via the app, you will need to go to your local McDonald's store with the app downloaded, and order your freebie from there, rather than using the normal self-serve screens.

McDonald's regularly launch new offers on their app, with other freebies previously including £5 off and free cheeseburgers.

The deal was originally spotted by bargain hunters on Facebook page '10 ways to have more money', where plenty of excited McDonald's fans have commented saying they'll be picking theirs up this week.
