NASA Issues Warning For Two Asteroids That Might Collide With Earth This Week

Another Asteroid, Another Warning, And Another Threat

The National Aeronautics And Space Administration (NASA) has once again detected another two huge asteroids that are supposedly heading towards Earth at present.

According to the information received from the sources, the scientists and researchers are saying that with the amount of size and with the extreme speed, these asteroids can easily destroy a whole city if they will collide with our blue planet.

According to the information received from the concerned authorities, the first giant asteroid is supposed to approach Earth this week and has been identified as 2019 XF by the NASA’s Center for Near-Earth Object Studies(CNEOS).

The agency has reported that the asteroid is supposedly 427 feet wide and with this size, this asteroid is almost as huge as the Great Pyramid of Giza and it has also been said that the asteroid is traveling at a speed of over 53,000 mph.

The second asteroid is supposedly heading towards the Earth and has been identified as 216258 (2006 WH1).

This second asteroid has been reportedly traveling at a speed of over 26,000 mph. This asteroid is, even more, wider than the earlier one, with its estimated diameter of 1,772 feet.

Both of these asteroids are being classified as Apollos by the space agency, as a result, both of these asteroids cross Earth’s orbit while it travels around the sun.

Due to its original orbit and dimension, 216258 (2006 WH1), has been marked by CNEOS as likely hazardous and dangerous.

Luckily, the two newly discovered asteroids are not in threat of generating impact events during their upcoming visit.

According to the information received from the CNEOS, 2019 XF will glide past Earth on December 17 at 11:13 p.m. EST from a distance of 0.02389 astronomical units and the other asteroid 216258 (2006 WH1) will dash past Earth on December 20 at 10:17 a.m. EST and the asteroid will be about 0.03904 astronomical units from the planet’s center.
