Everyone's mind still seems to be
That relatively remote place

Pingshan, how many surprises do you have that people don't know about?
Pingshan Cultural Colony, the new cultural landmark of Pingshan District. Here, people can immerse themselves in a sea of books at the Pingshan Library, or enjoy a unique cultural performance at the Grand Theatre, or walk into the art museum and stop in front of modern artworks to feel the charm of art.
-Pingshan Grand Theater-
The Pingshan Grand Theatre, an important part of the Pingshan cultural colony. The appearance of the theater is like a theatrical square box, allowing those who are ready to open it to experience the fabulousness of it. The sky garden on the top floor, the theater space with mixed colors, incorporates diverse interpretations under its minimalist design appearance. Today, it has also become a microcosm of cultural innovation and artistic development in Pingshan.
-Pingshan Art Museum-
Pingshan Art Museum, located in the northern part of Pingshan Cultural Settlement, is a new urban art museum focusing on contemporary art. The three-dimensional architectural space and the imaginative exhibition of works make people eager to go in and feel a wave of art.
Recommended Exhibition "Peach Blossom Source - Trace
Liu Xiaodu, who is the director of Pingshan Art Museum, mentioned that "Peach Blossom Source - Traces" is a solo exhibition by artist Zhou Li, and the traces used here are not recorded notes, but traces of traces, which is actually a state of our mind's journey, a kind of tracing.
Zhou Li, she started to experience some stages and changes in her life from the time of 2005, and at this time she sprouted a life state like the ideal one in Tao Yuanming's "The Peach Blossom Source". In the exhibition hall, there is a column knocked out to reveal a new structure, signifying a new hope. The Peach Blossom Garden, instead of showing a purely beautiful ideal world, also shows you a process of continuous self-reconstruction.
It is worth mentioning that the Pingshan Museum of Art recently launched a bus series project in which the buses were redecorated with the Pingshan Museum of Art's third anniversary logo. The public can ride from downtown to the Pingshan Art Museum for free, and on the bus they can read the museum's materials and the curators will do public education on it.
Director Liu mentioned that art museums nowadays are not in a particularly serious and demure state to display art. He wants people to feel that the atmosphere of the art museum is related to their lives, a way of combining art and life.
Built in the year 56 of the Qing Dynasty, Dawanshiju is one of the largest and best-preserved square Hakka houses in China, preserving the historical folklore relics and cultural essence of the Hakka people. It has a layout of three houses in the front and back and two houses in the left and right, and it is still ancient and simple after a century of vicissitudes.
On the west side of the Dawanshi Residence, there is the Mingxin Academy, which is a combination of Chinese and Western styles. Today, it is also one of the Pingshan City Study Houses.
Xiong Qiman is a young writer who loves the land of Pingshan. He says that this place has a very warm humanistic feeling. Just like the Mingxin Academy, it is a revitalized use of some old houses into the Pingshan City Study Room, so that people today can continue to relax, culture and entertain here, and continue to pass on this cultural lineage. This piece of land has the thickness brought by history and time, but also the temperature brought by humanities.
