File this one under things I 100% need but couldn’t even dream of ever affording.
Earlier this year Samsung had us all dreaming when it unveiled it’s absolute monster of a screen.
Just in case Samsung’s previous 219 inch model, The Wall, wasn’t enough for you the company returned with The Wall Luxury, which upped the game to 292 inches.

Mark Quiroz, vice president of product marketing for Samsung Electronics America, said: “Throughout the last twelve months, we’ve closely monitored interior design and technology trends to shape the product planning and development of The Wall Luxury.
“We set out to create a product unlike anything else – matching the lifestyle and taste of those looking for the most exclusive and premium visual experiences in their homes.”
The screen will be configurable and customisable, meaning users can actually bring it down to 73 inches with just 2K definition. Or you can stretch to the full size with the staggering 8K definition.
Due to the lack of 8K output, The Wall is capable of upscaling regular TV to the highest possible standard.
Samsung tried to explain the kind of technology which featured in the product: “The Wall Luxury is also equipped with the AI picture quality engine, Quantum Processor Flex.

“A machine learning-based picture quality engine, Quantum Processor Flex delivers optimised picture quality scene-by-scene regardless of the original source format. The processor analyses image data to automatically calibrate the original lower resolution content to align with the modular screen’s resolution.”
Which all sounds a bit mad.
The TV will go on sale globally in July, though we’re yet to get a confirmation on price.
