And steaming crabs in hot water will, firstly, accelerate the solidification of the crab yolk and prevent outflow, and secondly, shorten the time for the crab to ripen so as to ensure the freshness of the crab meat!

Prepare crab, ginger, cooking wine and pepper.
1, the crab is cleaned with a brush. It is important to note that if the color of the belly is white when you buy the crab, it means that the crab is growing in a better environment and can be eaten with confidence.
