Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx were spotted putting on a rare display of affection just two days before the actress’ daughter Suri‘s 13th birthday, and RadarOnline.com has the photo proof!
The new snap dispels rumors that Foxx, 51, was cheating on Holmes, 40, with his ex, Kristin Grannis — whom he secretly bought a $1.7 million home for as well as their daughter, Anelise, 10.
As Radar readers know, Foxx was performing in Los Angeles on Feb. 24 when he blurted out, “I’m single” to the crowd.
Since then, the long-rumored couple have rarely been seen tother — until now!
Meanwhile, dad Tom Cruise is still nowhere in sight as his daughter Suri’s 13th birthday approaches on April 18.
But as Radar has revealed, Foxx even said he was ready to step into the shoes of Suri’s long-absent father, reportedly telling her, “I’m your daddy now!”
WHERE’S DADDY?
As Radar has reported, Tom has not been photographed with Suri since 2013, a year after Holmes filed for divorce and fought for sole custody.

The Mission Impossible star is allowed to visit his daughter 10 days a month — he just chooses not to.

And sources tell Radar it’s because the child doesn’t follow in his Scientology ways.

The Church of Scientology requires members to “disconnect” with those who leave the controversial faith.

A source confessed, “Tom couldn’t reach out [to Suri] before because Katie fled the religion.”
SHE WANTS HER DADDY
Suri is reportedly anxious to see her missing pop and allegedly has been contacting him through a series of letters, calls and voicemails, Radar previously reported.
POOR SURI
And while there is word that he has been in contact through a third party, a face-to-face meetup is yet to be scheduled.
