DIY Electrolyte Water to keep you hydrated this summer

- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon and/or lime juice
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
- 1/2 tsp honey
Combine all ingredients in a mason jar. Shake well. Serve chilled or over ice.You can store the drink in your refrigerator for up to a week. The Himalayan pink salt helps your body stay hydrated more efficiently. It contains 84 trace minerals.
