Dill – for patients with hypertension
Here’s what you need to know about the healing properties of dill. Dill is saturated with B, A and C vitamins, potassium, iron, phosphorus, essential oils. These substances have a complex effect on the heart, blood vessels and the nervous system. They soothe, relax the muscles, expand the blood vessels and normalize the blood supply to the whole body.
All organs, including the brain, are saturated with oxygen. Their work returns to normal and as a result blood pressure decreases.
After 1-1.5 months of regular use of natural resources on the basis of dill, the symptoms of hypertension will disappear. Sometimes there is a noticeable effect within 3-4 weeks – it all depends on the characteristics of the body. You will forget about such unpleasant feelings as:
