After the end of World War II, during the arms race between the United States and the Soviet Union, there were three former Soviet cosmonauts who were forced not to wear spacesuits into space because of the weight limit of the spacecraft, and when they completed their mission to return to Earth when the space station was separated by a serious accident, resulting in three people in the absence of spacesuits directly exposed to the cosmic environment, and eventually lost their lives due to boiling body fluids in just forty seconds or so.
Although there were many similar incidents at that particular time when the two superpowers were competing with each other for supremacy (for example, the crash of Apollo 13 in 1970), every space accident that occurred at that time has provided some learning implications for future generations.

Development of space suits
The first spacesuit in human history was the one worn by Yuri Gagarin of the former Soviet Union when he orbited the Earth on April 12, 1961 in the Vostok-1 spacecraft. The spacesuit at this time was a fully pressurized suit made of nylon as well as metallic aluminum, and although it was too modest as an opinion spacesuit, with only a life support system and pressurized design, it provided a clear design idea for later generations of spacesuits.
In May of the same year, the United States opened the "Freedom VII" manned Mercury spacecraft in order not to lag behind the former Soviet Union, and at this time the astronauts wore spacesuits of significantly improved quality, already able to withstand ultraviolet light and thermal radiation in space, both of which were significant days for the history of human spaceflight, and they have left a wealth of reference value for future generations.
However, the suits of this period did not support the movement of astronauts out of the capsule in the universe until March 1365, when the Berkut (buzzard) suit worn by cosmonaut Alexei Leonov improved the functionality of the suit and allowed the astronauts to walk out of the capsule in space.

It was not until the introduction of the third generation of spacesuits worn during the Apollo moon landings on July 20, 1969, that the modern spacesuit system was really completed.
